In this 7-week journey we’ll explore the Five Stages of Grief through the lens of the Reiki Precepts, the principles that form the foundation of the system of Reiki from it’s Japanese origins. In this way, we’ll deepen our understanding of what it means to grieve well, possibly even coming to see our grief as a profound friend and guide into the deepest places of our hearts.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful balm for the mind, body and spirit. Stepping into the practice of Reiki for one's self and others puts this healing balm in your hands at any time, and for your whole lifetime. Upon completion, you will be certified as a Level One Reiki Practitioner.
