Seasonal Practice Journeys:

In order to support you to begin or deepen your practice within Reiki and the Cycles of Nature, we host Seasonal Practice Journeys leading up to each Equinox and Solstice. During these journeys, we explore a specific practice or theme derived from the Nature-based foundations of Reiki. For the 21 days leading up to each Equinox and Solstice, we host a daily 30-minute practice space. Participants are welcome to drop in for any or all of these sessions, where you’ll be guided into and through a powerful practice session. NOTE: You do NOT need to be a Reiki practitioner to participate. You need only have curiosity on the subjects, and a desire for guided sacred practice from a nature-based lens.

Each Journey is a fluid, creative, and responsive experience of creating micro-ritual in community over time, and includes:

• Brief teachings on the origins of the chosen practice, and their relevance to our lives

• Opportunity to explore the connections between the Japanese lineage of Reiki and your own spiritual lineage

• Daily practice to bring you into deep relationship with the material, and integrate it into your life

• A touch of Mystery, participation in micro-ritual that incorporates the wisdom and experiences each of you bring into the space

Format:

Each 30-minute session will include 15-20 minutes of guided meditation, utilizing breath, visualizations and gesture, interwoven with brief teachings about the origins of the practice. Sessions are recorded and shared, along with other teaching materials, through a private web page.

When & How:

• 21 days leading up to each Equinox and Solstice, daily from 12:30 - 1:00 Pacific Time (NOTE: we occasionally vary the times to offer more variety. Check event links for specific times)

• Once registered, you are welcome to drop in to as many of these sessions as you like. We’ll gather over Zoom, link provided upon registration.

Prerequisite:

Interest in the subject. You do NOT need to be a Reiki practitioner to participate. You need only have curiosity on the subjects, and a desire for guided sacred practice from a nature-based lens.

Investment:

The cost of these journeys is $65. There are a limited number of tickets available at the scholarship price of $55. Choose this option if cost is a barrier to participating. There is also a pay-it-forward ticket price of $75 if you have enough to help support scholarships for others.

Below you’ll find access to password protected pages where we share the session recordings and additional materials with everyone who participates.
