The season of Winter can be a challenging one for many of us, as it asks for such deep Soul Reflection. I have discovered that one of the surest ways to ease and nourish my heart in Winter’s embrace is to lean into Gratitude and Generosity. And so seven years ago I began a tradition of sharing 22 gift (free) Reiki sessions to those who reach out and ask.
